Overview

The QAMnet mNode series is a fully integrated optical node designed for RFoG, FTTH, and deep fiber applications. It is intended to replace the conventional HFC node and its copper lines with an all optical fiber system. In place of a conventional node, the mNode can reach a fiber based subscriber in the mostcost-efficient way providing a flexible transport solution up to 256 subscribers with one node. Even though the standard mNode configuration suits most providers’ specifications, the mNode has a modular upgradable design that can be customized to fit any RFoG, FTTH system. With our patented multiple wavelength technology, the mNode provides an optical upgrade solution that is also fully compatible with existing HFC/CATV infrastructure and installation. The mNode comes in a weather resitant housing that is designed to operate in outdoor temperatures. The mNode is also RUS accepted and listed.
